Amazing views & great value!

We had a great time on the Grand Canyon tour! Our guide was excellent, very informative, and friendly. The bus was comfortable with large windows, and we enjoyed the scenery along the way. It was a long trip, but we had regular breaks, which was perfect. The Grand Canyon itself was amazing. We had plenty of time at each stop to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the views. The meal at the canyon was good, and the setting and view were incredible. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for the money.

A must-see canyon!

A fantastic trip! Everything was well organized, and Antelope Canyon is beyond words. I took a ton of photos, but it's impossible to capture the landscape's beauty. You must see it for yourself. The Navajo guide told us so many interesting things about this canyon and its history - a big thank you! I am so happy we ventured out of Vegas for this tour! Totally recommend!

Like another planet!

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The scenery in Death Valley was absolutely incredible! It felt like being on another planet. I expected a good tour, but it went far beyond that. The heat was intense, but it made the experience even more unforgettable. We visited Furnace Creek, the Rhyolite Ghost Town, and other spots, each place more impressive than the last. The colors, shapes, and vastness of the desert were unforgettable. The trip was well organized, comfortable, and full of perfect photo stops. Truly worth it!

FAQ - Day trips from Las Vegas

Should I reserve a day trip from Las Vegas in advance?

It’s best to book your Las Vegas day trip in advance, as spots often fill up quickly, especially in peak season. The busiest time for day trips from Las Vegas is usually spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is warm but not too hot. Summer (June to August) also gets very busy, especially for the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon, though temperatures can be extreme. Weekends and holidays see higher demand all year round.

Can I visit Antelope Canyon on my own?

You cannot visit Antelope Canyon without a tour because it is on Navajo land and access is restricted to guided tours only.

What should I wear for my day trip from Las Vegas?

For your day trip from Las Vegas, wear light, comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking. Bring layers, as desert mornings can be cool and afternoons very hot. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are must-haves for sun protection. Don’t forget a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. Check the weather forecast before your trip so you can dress accordingly.

What’s the difference between the West Rim and South Rim?

The West Rim (closest to Las Vegas) features the Skywalk and Eagle Point. The South Rim is farther but offers classic panoramic views and a more national park feel.

Is the Skywalk worth it?

Definitely! Walking over the glass bridge at Eagle Point gives you a thrilling view straight down into the canyon.

Are day trips from Las Vegas suitable for children?

Children can join most Las Vegas day trips. The Grand Canyon tour is great for families of all ages, with safe viewpoints and easy walking areas. Antelope Canyon is also suitable for older kids, since the canyon paths are narrow and guided tours move at a steady pace. Death Valley tours are better for older children (8+) due to the heat and longer travel time.

Will I be walking a lot during day trips from Las Vegas?

There is some walking on all tours, but it’s usually easy and flexible. Comfortable shoes are recommended, but no serious hiking is required.

What other interesting tours can I do in Las Vegas?

We recommend trying one of these fun tours:  The ATV Tour Las Vegas is perfect for adventure seekers. Ride through the desert and enjoy amazing views. Join the Haunted Las Vegas Tour to explore the city’s spooky stories and mysterious past. Take a Las Vegas Bus Tour to see all the main sights in comfort. Experience an exciting off-road ride with a Pink Jeep Tour Las Vegas.
