Worth every cent!

Such an awesome experience! The pilot was friendly and shared lots of interesting information along the way. Flying over the Mojave Desert and Hoover Dam was cool, but the moment we dropped into the Grand Canyon was next-level. The colors, the cliffs, the Colorado River - unreal. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and honestly, this trip was worth every cent.

Best way to see the Grand Canyon!

I visited the Grand Canyon last year on a road trip, but seeing it from the air felt like a totally new place. Absolutely stunning! What surprised me most was how the scenery changed from the Mojave Desert to Lake Mead to Hoover Dam. Then, suddenly, the canyon just opened up under us. Flying over the Strip on the way back was wonderful too - a great opportunity for some stunning photos. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour

START YOUR HELICOPTER TOUR IN LUXURY

Your experience begins in style. Enjoy a Mercedes-Benz vehicle pick-up from your hotel. You will travel in a small group with no more than six guests, so everything feels relaxed and personal. When you arrive at the heliport, you board your helicopter and lift off for your first big view of Las Vegas. The pilots are highly trained and will make sure you enjoy every moment.

DESERT AND HOOVER DAM LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN IT

As you fly over the Mojave Desert, you see wide open land with shapes and colors that are impossible to notice from the ground. Lake Mead appears bright blue against the dry desert, and soon after, you get a clear aerial view of Hoover Dam. From above, you can see its actual size and unique design while your pilot explains when it was built, why it matters, and just how massive it really is.

GRAND CANYON AT ITS BEST

The scenery changes quickly as the Grand Canyon suddenly opens beneath you. You see tall cliffs, sharp rock layers, deep valleys, and the Colorado River running along the canyon floor. You fly above and below the West Rim, getting rare views that most travelers never see. Every turn reveals new colors, new angles, and huge drops that show the real scale of this natural wonder. Your pilot will explain the canyon’s layers and how it formed over millions of years.

RETURN FLIGHT WITH A LAS VEGAS STRIP FINALE

On the way back, the quiet desert slowly turns into the bright glow of Las Vegas. The Strip appears ahead with its hotels, lights, and colors, creating a perfect final scene. This last flyover feels like a bonus moment, giving you an unforgettable view of the city before landing.

FAQ - Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour

Why should I book my Grand Canyon Helicopter tour online?

Booking your Grand Canyon helicopter tour online ensures you get the exact day and time you want. The tour is very popular and spots fill up quickly, so reserving in advance is the best way to secure your flight.

Why choose a helicopter flight instead of a land tour?

A helicopter lets you see the Grand Canyon from above, fly over the desert, Lake Mead, and Hoover Dam, and reach the canyon in minutes instead of hours. Land tours take much longer and don’t offer the same panoramic views, but they’re great if you want more time walking around on the ground.

Should I eat before a helicopter ride?

Eat a light meal before taking off to prevent discomfort and avoid greasy foods before the flight.

Should I worry about motion sickness?

Most passengers feel completely comfortable during the flight. Helicopters move smoothly, with gentle turns and no sharp drops. If you’re very sensitive to motion, you can take a preventative remedy, but most guests have no problems at all.

Are there weight restrictions on the flights?

Yes. All helicopter tours have strict weight restrictions for safety reasons. Passengers weighing over 113 kg (250lbs) will be required to book a second seat.

Which other tours should I go on while in Las Vegas?

If you want to explore more around Las Vegas, there are several great tours to choose from. The Las Vegas Bus Tour is an easy way to see the Strip and Downtown from an open-top double-decker bus. For something more rugged, Pink Jeep Tours Las Vegas takes you through places like Red Rock Canyon or Rocky Gap Road in an open-air Jeep Wrangler. Adventure lovers will enjoy the ATV Tour Las Vegas, which lets you ride through desert trails and open terrain. Food fans can join the Las Vegas Food Tour to taste top dishes and discover local favorites. For day trips, the Antelope Canyon Tour from Las Vegas takes you to the famous slot canyon with its swirling sandstone walls. Discover the lowest and hottest point in North America on a Death Valley Tour from Las Vegas.
